I would love to meet business owners that have W-2 employees who are looking to help bulk up their benefits package, or offer some benefits to their employees at no cost to themselves or the business. A dream referral would be a referral to a business who works with many other businesses. This way, not only could the original referral be helpful, I could try to get referred to the clients that business works with.
