Profile:

Jamar Cobb-Dennard is Vice President of Business Development at Reachmore, which helps business owners create systems in their business so the business can run without them. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Sales and Marketing from Western Michigan University.

Jamar began his career at Dale Carnegie Training as a graduate coach. From there, he honed his sales abilities at Vector Marketing Corporation, where he was an all-time national sales leader.  Later, at Ryland Homes, he achieved multiple performance awards.

Jamar is a fan of stretch assignments and personal challenges.  He has gone skydiving, white water rafting, has walked on Fire with Tony Robbins, and his 2007 goals led him across the North American continent by bicycle.  During this journey, he emceed a national speaking tour impacting over 10,000 youth.   That same year, Jamar released his first book, The Winning Mind.

Jamar spent much of 2008 developing his private coaching and speaking services, with such clients as Veolia Water, The American Lung Association, TEI Corporate, Rising Stock, Inc., and National Seminars Group.  Jamar most recently developed the training and recruiting program for AllAmericanDirect.com, which reduced their product returns by 29% while increasing their sales per call ratio by 40%!

At Reachmore, Jamar has developed a customer retention product that has increased gross sales by 20%, and Reachmore is poised double their overall gross revenues this year.  Jamar is focused on helping one hundred business owners create a business that runs without them in 2010.
